The BMW Graduate Development programme is designed for Graduates who want to experience something extraordinary, who bring team spirit and initiative combined with the will to continuously learn. The programme consists of a comprehensive work readiness programme, experiential learning and a six months workplace rotation based on a uniquely customised individual development plan.

Please apply online. Selection takes place from June to December each year. We assess and shortlist applicants based on their academic performance and potential fit to our company culture. Shortlisted candidates are then interviewed before final selections are made. For successful applicants, the programme starts in March.
